Modified Originals is a specialist Land Rover workshop and parts supplier in Timaru, Canterbury. Founded in late 2018 by two friends with a passion for rebuilding old English cars, the workshop was born out of a desire to restore and improve Land Rover vehicles. The team has spent years developing their own high‑quality suspension kits and components for building bigger Land Rovers. Every product is rigorously tested on their own vehicles before being made available to customers, ensuring performance and reliability.

longside product development, Modified Originals offers bespoke restoration and modification services for Series Land Rovers, Defender, Discovery and Range Rover models. They undertake engine swaps, rebuilds, chassis repairs, custom fabrication and any other enhancements you can imagine. Operating by appointment only, the workshop invites enthusiasts to visit their base at 23 Doncaster Street in Timaru.
